Raised Air Bed
Oh no! You’re bratty little cousin from out-of-state just called to tell you that she and her even brattier little sister are coming to stay with you for a week. Of course, being true to her personality not only did she tell you this instead of asking you, but she also gave you no notice. They’ll be on your doorstep tomorrow; then now is the time to invest in a raised air bed.
Now, you could have said no. Lord knows you’re wishing you had now that you have to shop for a raised air bed, as your cousin specified. But unfortunately, you were so frozen in horror at the thought the two of them being in your house for a week that you forgot to speak up. So now you’re stuck walking around a store trying to find something for the girls to sleep on that won’t make them scream and nag at you all through the week until you cave in and go on another shopping trip.
Of course she said that the mattress had to be raised. Nothing low to ground for the little princess. You’d never know that she was 25 years old with the way she behaves. But right now, you just need to concentrate on finding just the right air mattress. It needs to be a comfortable and convenient raised air bed that will be the same height as a regular bed.
Thank goodness for Wal-Mart. In front of you, you see a row of all different kinds of raised air mattresses. It’s like heaven for heavy sleepers. That is exactly what both your cousins are; heavy sleepers and heavy snorers. Maybe it would be a good idea to pick up some ear plugs while you’re here.
It turns out that there are plenty of choices in the raised air bed section to choose from, but the one you go with is the Insta-Flex Queen Air bed, with air chambers inside and a back rest that can be raised and lowered with a remote. The girls would like that one because they’d be able to comfortably watch TV in bed. It’s not like they’ll be helping around the house, after all.
